Your booking with us should be made as early as possible. This will give us a chance to secure your perfect spot. You will need to pay at least a 25% deposit to get your booking confirmed with us. This deposit is indeed a part of your total payment.

• 0 to 5.99 years old – Free of charge sharing parents.
• 06 to 11.99 years old – 50% of the adult price.
• Over 12 years old – Regular adult price.

• The whole amount will be charged if canceled less than 30 days prior to the check-in date.
• 50% of the whole amount will be charged if canceled 60 to 31 days prior to the check-in date.
• 15% of the whole amount will be charged if canceled 90 to 61 days prior to the check-in date.

Yes, you can edit or add anything to the tour because all our tours are Private Tours so the customer has the right to edit or add anything that suits the trip in order to be his/her holiday is memorable.

We speak your language, so don’t worry we know the importance of language in communication so all our tours are available in English, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, German, French, Chinese, and Japanese and if there is any language required we will do our best to provide it to you.

We accept USD, EUR, GBP, and UAE Dirham currencies.

We offer airport transfers throughout Egypt. Please feel free to contact us if you would like a quick ride.

All of our private tours are only for people you book for. If you are alone, it will only be you and your guide. If you’re a couple, just the two of you are your guide. We think this is the best type of tour so it can be customized for you, so you can get the full attention of your guide throughout the duration of the tour.

No, tips are not included in the tour price and we give you the option to give some if you are satisfied with the service you received. It would be nice to give some that will make them feel happy and appreciated.
